Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze CCTV footage captured by AI-programmed cameras in supermarkets and retail outlets, ensuring thorough coverage from customer entry to exit.
• Identify and categorize gestures and actions exhibited by customers to distinguish normal behaviour from suspicious or irregular activities.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret patterns and trends in customer behaviour, providing insights that contribute to improved security protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to promptly report any identified security breaches, potential threats, or unusual incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of observations and actions taken, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Continuously monitor and assess surveillance data quality and camera functionality, escalating any technical issues for resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveillance technology to enhance proficiency and effectiveness in surveillance operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report and discuss findings.
• Ability to interpret and judge customer gestures accurately.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work in different shifts as required.
