Experience Range:- Total Exp – 15+ years

Salary:- 25 LPA -27 LPA

Project Details (Business Acumen):- Define, validate, and execute vision and strategy for online Shopping experience. Drive strategy and execution for online Shopping experience, and build a modern, immersive, AI-driven journey that delight our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities (JD)

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
• 6+ years with a Master’s degree
• Equivalent experience
• Relevant Product Management experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in building products for ecommerce or online customer experiences.

• Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups.

• Experience with lean startup, agile development, and user centered design methodologies • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytics and customer insights effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Desirable Requirements
• Master’s degree
• Engineering background
• User experience (UX/UI) design
• IC Role (Individual contributor)
