Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

Drive the adoption of invoice financing solutions in the retail market through collaboration with the sales team and distributor sales staff.

Achieve sales targets for the assigned geography, ensuring productivity and yield optimization.

Manage customer acquisition costs to align with budgeted expectations.

Identify new sales opportunities and leverage sector-driven relationship approaches to boost sales and revenue from both new and existing customers.

Ensure achievement of cross-sell targets for assigned products.

Take ownership of the entire sales process, including daily reporting and performance tracking within the assigned territory.
Relationship Management:

Recruit, train, and retain the required field sales staff to meet business goals.

Maintain and nurture relationships with assigned distributors, brands, and other stakeholders in the territory.

Identify and acquire new client relationships, including Direct Sales Teams (DST) and Direct Sales Agents (DSA), by understanding and addressing their financial needs.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in financial services or invoice financing solutions.

Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and distributors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Proficiency in daily reporting and sales process management tools.
