Overall Purpose of Position:
Perform as inside sales and customer service located at Bangalore office to provide on-site supports to sales and customers.
May provide ad hoc supports to HR/Admin occasionally.
Primary Job Responsibilities /Duties*:
1. Primary responsibilities include processing customer orders within our in-house ERP system.
2. Customer communications will include updates order status, shipment scheduling, RMA, shippers and reports for internal and external customers.
3. Assist sales to request RFQ or Ship & Debit.
4. Working with channel partners to review inventories and KPls.
Other (Secondary) Job Duties:
Be the contact window for Admin. and HR to support some basic office management duties by requests.
