JOB DESCRIPTION
· A Business Development Executive is someone who manages the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels.
· Generating leads and Maintaining relationships with clients.
· Assisting in the sales process and Contributing to the development of business growth.
· Maintaining client information in the CRM database.
· Assist the managers in day-to-day business activities.
· Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
· Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
· Lead negotiation with potential clients and build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
· Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Identifying new revenue opportunities
· Building business relationships with current clients. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
· Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
· Assisting with marketing and promotional projects Collaborating with management on sales goals
· At least 3+ years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
PACKAGE
· CTC: Rs 4.2 LPA – 6 LPA depending upon experience and work efficiency.
