Position Overview: The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience to customers visiting our showroom. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive and successful purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information about our products and services to address their needs and preferences.
Sales Facilitation: Guide customers through the selection and purchase process, including product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and negotiating terms.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including specifications, pricing, and promotions, to effectively respond to customer inquiries and objections.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities through various channels, including follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.
Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Duties: Handle sales transactions, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or showroom environment. Experience in [ luxury, premium or retail store is an advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
