Role Overview:
The Banca Channel Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Axis Bank’s financial products through our strategic partnerships with insurance companies. This role involves leveraging existing relationships and building new ones to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of Axis Bank’s financial products through the banca channel, including insurance and investment products.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner insurance companies, ensuring alignment with Axis Bank’s objectives.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to effectively position Axis Bank’s offerings.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies while conducting business.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
